Technology Training

notebookNorth Central Kansas Libraries System Technology Training has seven laptop computers which make up the portable computer training lab.  Having seven laptops not only enables portability, but allows for hands-on workshops, and also for individualized sessions on many topics.

Workshop subject matter ranges from Microsoft Office products, to Library specific topics such as Downloading Digital Audio Books, and Kansas Libraries on the Web, to name a few. 

Training is offered throughout our 12 county region.  You are welcome to attend training in any location.  Workshops are offered in Marysville, Emporia, Council Grove, Marion, Hillsboro, Abilene, Junction City, as well as in Manhattan.  If you are interested in hosting a workshop, please contact the Technology Trainer.
